Services to Third Parties

The services we offer to third parties are the following:

High definition plasma is a cutting technique similar to that of conventional plasma with the particularity that in this case a much more compressed electric arc is used, the result is a very high speed of the plasma gas, higher cutting speed, a greater precision, better cut quality, less variation in the cutting angle and a decrease in the burr generated. In our forming shed we have a Cutter Machine Model MaxiCUT FENIX, Source HYPERTHERM HPR-260-XD. Cutting carbon steel sheet up to 38 mm thick (up to 32 mm thick in stainless steel) working area 1500 mm wide x 13600 mm long.

The CNC lathe is used to machine rotating parts using computer software, achieving excellent repeatability and precision. We have a TRAVIS TR-30 slant-bed lathe. Machining up to ø 590 mm x L 590 mm.

This process allows for quick, straight, and precise cuts in cold-formed sheet metal. We use a Diamond Guillotine. It cuts up to 1/4″ x 3000 mm long in carbon steel.

Milling can create parts of various shapes through a machining process using a rotating tool called a milling cutter.

Universal milling machines have two tool holders that provide a wide range of movements in different directions, both horizontally and vertically, giving the milling machine great versatility. This allows for the creation of incredibly complex parts. Various operations can be performed, such as keying, chamfering, grooving, flattening, and more.

For this purpose, we have a VENIER FU-2 universal milling machine with a working area of 1200 mm x 250 mm.

Punching is a process that allows for the creation of holes of various shapes in sheet metal with excellent precision and tolerances. Numerical control ensures part repeatability with low lead times and costs throughout the entire production process. Our tool for this task is a WIEDEMATIC S-2550 punching press. It punches carbon steel sheet metal up to 1/4″ thick. It has a working area of 1250 mm wide x 4000 mm long.

Bending is a forming process that involves deforming steel sheets to achieve the desired shape. This is done with a press that uses a die to generate pressure on the sheet metal using a punch. Our machines feature CNC controls for greater bending precision. We have two press brakes:

125-ton Bipress press brake for bending 1/4″ sheet metal up to 3000 mm long.

A band saw is a saw with a long, narrow, and flexible toothed metal strip. The strip moves on two wheels that are in the same vertical plane with a space between them. These machines can cut all types of bars and profiles (solid or hollow) up to 6 m long in quantities and dimensions specified by their numerical control. Our machines include two saws:

– COSEN AH-250H tilting saw. Cutting up to Ø250 mm

– COSEN C-320NC double-column saw. Cutting up to Ø320 mm

• Finished products (welded and/or bolted, painted parts)
• Part of finished products
• High-resolution plasma-cut parts up to 38 mm thick. For 13,600 mm x 1,500 mm diameters.
• Bending lengths up to 8,000 mm, 450 tons.
• Machining up to 590 mm diameter x 590 mm length

Iturrospe 450-ton press brake. Bending 13 mm sheet metal up to 8000 mm long.

Fiber laser cutting with a high-definition tube processor.

This year, Industrias Metalúrgicas Cestari has taken a further step, investing in a state-of-the-art HD laser cutting machine.

It allows for effective cutting of sheet metal measuring: 8,000 mm long by 1,500 mm wide; a maximum thickness of half an inch (12.7 mm).

It allows for cutting – in pipes: a maximum cutting pipe of 6,000 mm long, 200 mm in diameter, and 8 mm thick.

In the 200 mm diameter range, it can cut any pipe format.
