The B1 20,000 L hopper has a capacity of 20,000 liters and is equipped with a 220 mm discharge tube to speed up the supply of the large seeders currently used in Argentina.
“Continuing with our specialty in rural trailers, we continue with a hopper for seeding, a bulk hopper for loading seeders,” Néstor Cestari proudly explains. Regarding this new product, he adds: “We are targeting a market for large machines, as we have done with our latest hopper, the Cestari S6, machines that require quick filling and a large loading capacity.”
Optimal features
Regarding its features, the 20,000 L B1 hopper is fully bolted, allowing any part to be quickly replaced when wear occurs due to the abrasive conditions of the products it must transport.
«Our machine stands out because it is robust, fully bolted, and has a large discharge chute with a 220 mm chute that greatly speeds up filling tanks, whether with fertilizer or seeds,» explains Néstor.
«The discharge chute is long, which allows easy access to the air drill, which is one of the biggest problems, while always being available to the seeding machine, which must receive good support to be efficient,» he adds.
The problem with large machines today is the time it takes to refuel. Therefore, Néstor Cestari concludes: «We think about maximizing the productivity of the planter by trying to complete the refueling task in the shortest possible time.»
