On an emotional evening at the 2018 Rural Exposition in Palermo, the CITA Awards for Innovation in Agricultural Technology were presented. It wasn’t just another evening for our company, as Néstor Cestari received the CITA award for his outstanding career and commitment to the agricultural and agroindustrial sector. In addition to the awards given to each of the innovative ventures, recognition was given to various individuals for their career, dedication, and effort, such as Mario Bragachini, a renowned engineer from INTA (National Institute of Technology), and Néstor Cestari.
Undoubtedly, this lifetime achievement award holds a very special meaning for Néstor and our company, even more so in the context of the 2018 Rural Exposition and the presentation of one of the most important awards in the agricultural sector.
It was a magical evening in which Néstor Cestari was accompanied by his entire family, as always. And this was reflected in his brief but powerful speech, acknowledging the unforgettable work of «Nino» Cestari, his father, and alluding to his children, the fourth generation of Cestari, who now join him in running the factory.
