She tells us: «Each day begins with a different challenge, overcoming the obstacles that arise, and always with the privilege of being accompanied by my family.»

Florencia places special emphasis on her family, her priority. She places the responsibility of being the third generation to continue agricultural work on it. “Being the third generation of my family means looking back and seeing the efforts made by previous generations, always appreciating the sacrifices they have made and also enjoying the advancement of technology,” says Florencia Rosso Divito.
Today is March 8th, International Women’s Day. Being a woman in the agricultural sector is a great challenge that Florencia faces every day. Regarding the meaning of being a woman in a field generally occupied by men, she tells us: “Being a woman in the agricultural sector means breaking down prejudices and imposed limits, and at the same time, it makes me increasingly committed to the sector.”
Challenges always mark the path. “My main challenge is to teach my children respect for what we do, being grateful for what life has given us,” Florencia concludes.
