The Scherger family is made up of three brothers, Cristian, Eric, and Hernán, the second generation, sons of Remigio and Isabel. Their employees are Sergio, Juan, and Juan Ignacio, a cousin of theirs.

December 18, 2020, seemed like it was going to be a normal day, or just another day of work in the fields, harvesting wheat. The Unser Land company, owned by the Scherger family and headed by Hernán, was working at the El Olivo Ranch between Embajador Martini and Ingeniero Luiggi, in the province of La Pampa.
Although rain was forecast for the afternoon, after finishing a wheat field, Hernán and his brother were using a blowtorch on one of the combines when the storm hit, raising a cloud of dust that only a picture can describe. Hernán himself took the photo a minute before they had to set up the Cestari hoppers to protect the boxes.
Unforeseen events and experiences that only the countryside can offer and that technology allows us to experience today. “I uploaded the photo to my social media and it went viral in Argentina and other countries like Brazil and Mexico,” he explains.

Hernán was very happy to be involved with our company. He tells us about his story with Cestari: “Since I was a child, during my school vacations, my siblings and I would go as cart drivers to harvest wheat in December and sunflowers in February, and we’ve always been attached to Cestari hoppers since we were little.” He adds: “I’m now 34 years old, and we remain loyal to the brand, always working.”
